Master Chef Cheng, in his chef’s whites and tall toque, has been in the dim sum cuisine craft for 45 years and counting.
Chef Cheng was born in the city of Hong Kong, Hong Kong is the origin of dim sum dishes. That is where at a young age of 13 years old, he picked up the Dim Sum craft. Chef Cheng currently resides in Malaysia and is married to a Malaysian.
