We often use SGMYTAXI service. Most of their drivers are very polite and drive carefully and we feel safe to travel Singapore - Malaysia. Booking is easy and customer service also quite good. Most of cars are quite clean and good condition. We tried to use other company. But we still feel SGMYTaxi is better although price is bit higher. Please keep the driver’s quality & car condition.

We have a very pleasant and safe ride provided by SGMYTaxi Service. Not only Alvin (driver) was very professional, he was also street smart. He was very punctual at every stop. Great service!We booked a ride from SGMYTAXI from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur on a holiday weekend. Our driver showed up on time and got us to our hotel in about 5 1/2 - 6 hours including the lengthy line to get across the border. I highly recommend their services.

Booked a Taxi from Mersing in Malaysia to Singapore as there were no bus seats available at the time we required.Great communication throughout , our driver shared lots of communications as we were not exactly sure what time the ferry from Tioman would dock.He was there and waiting for us as we walked out of the ferry terminal and whisked us away within minutes back to Singapore. Great service and reasonably priced.

We were impressed at the high standards provided by SGMY Taxi. We took a trip to Singapore-Malacca return in 2 vehicles and we enjoyed the ride very much. Order SGMYTAXI is the best decision to cross from SG to Johor Bahru. We recommend the kind of service they offer but there were a few set backs.
We had a pleasant and comfortable trip to Cameron Highlands with our driver Mr. Mark. We reached our destination in 8hours with a few stopovers for toilet and light meal.
But we had a different experience on our way back to Singapore. From our pick up location in Cameron Highlands, he brought us to another route (different from the route we had taken previously) saying that it’s a better road. 30-45mins after, he said that it is jam and he would take the other road (the same route we took previously). Before he even left the pick up location, he should already have checked the best route to take. Considering that the drivers usually use Waze or Google maps, these apps suggest the best and fastest way. We drove around for about an hour plus only to find out we were just outside our accommodation. We stopped by since he needed to buy something. We wasted almost 2 hours going around Cameron Highlands because of this, we could have reached KL by then. Other than this, we had frequent stopovers as he wanted to buy something for himself, buy coffee, use the toilet and smoke. With all the 9 stopovers, we only went down 4 times. Also, we were moving at a speed of 67-73kph even on the highway. When we noticed that we were moving too slow and ahll the other cars were driving pass us, we already asked him. He gave us the reason that the floor was slippery and it’s dangerous to drive. We understand the precautions taken but the speed was unacceptable. During one of the conversations he mentioned that he placed 26 October as his arrival date where as our ETA was 25 October 8pm. He added that we can take our time and go slow. That’s when we felt irritated and realised the reason why he was taking his time from the moment he fetched us. We told him that we needed to be back home as we are working the following day, he even asked what time and told him that our work starts at 08:30am. He speed up to around 100kph but of course, it was already too late and we will still reach at a later time. We left our accommodation at 1:30pm and we exited the JB customs at exactly 12mn. We informed ahead of time that we have 2 stops but he only noted the farther stop. We are staying in Sembawang while our friends are staying in Bishan. Since he didn’t note down our stop, we had to travel to Bishan then back to Sembawang. We reached home at 1:37am. We had a total of 12 hours travel time, an additional of 4 hours to our estimated time of arrival. We are extremely disappointed by this as we have chosen to hire a private van as we believed that this is the most convenient way for us. But it turned out to be the opposite. This is an honest review of our experience. We have planned our trip including the travelling time and even gave some time for allowance in case of any unavoidable circumstances. But what just happened to us isn’t considered as an unforeseen event it is more of an unfortunate phenomenon. It is quite unjust to be dragged and delayed on purpose. The long drive, the tiredness, the anxiety and the short rest before going to our work the next day.

GREAT services and friendly driver(Mr.Yap)! we had booked a car from singapore to Legoland Malaysia on July. but unfortunately my children were really sick on the day we were about to go. I had to cancel it in the last minute. at that time Mr. Yap was already waiting. but he was so nice to tell me to contact the customer service and reschedule another day and I did. the customer service was so kind and friendly. they didn't charge extra fee for the last minute cancelation. i'm so thankful that they could arrange another day to travel again. the car is clean and comfortable. the ride was smooth beside some traffic(expected). We used SGMYTAXI to travel from Singapore to Gemok to catch the ferry to Tioman. And then return from Gemok to Singapore. The service was perfect. The driver texted us letting us know he was on his way and would pick us up at our hotel at Noon. He was waiting for us when we stepped outside. He took care of everything going through the border control..we never had to get out of the wonderful air conditioned car. The driver upon our return did the same...and delivered us right to our hotel door in Singapore.
The rate was worth every penny..and in my opinion, was very reasonable.

DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND (and have alr started recommending)! We decided to book through SGMYTAXI as it provides point to point transport. We had little to worry about despite the long public holiday jam over Good Friday weekend; travelled comfortably in a spacious, air-conditioned car from home to hotel and back! Both our assigned drivers, Mr Huat and Mr Luke, were excellent - they contacted us in advanced regarding their arrival and navigated the streets like a pro and got us to our destination in just 2.5h each way. I recommend SGMYTAXI because it is the most convenient transport from your door step in Singapore, all the way to your destination in Malaysia, be it Legoland, Genting, Cameron, Malacca, KL, Ipoh, Penang. The best thing is you can sleep all the way even if the traffic jam is very bad and my kids slept all the way through. The drivers are all very friendly and they know Malaysia roads very well. We had an amazing experience with these guys! We were picked up on time from our hotel in the morning with a very spacious and comfortable car which made the journey so enjoyable. Even with my frequent visits before to Singapore and Malaysia, this was the first time that I requested for online car service from Singapore to Malaysia. I was somewhat apprehensive being my first time to try and at the same time I have my family with me. I was just expecting an Innova since that was the one I paid for but was greatly pleased to see a Starex waiting for us. The ride was very smooth that me and my family was even able to take a nap during the ride. The driver, Mr. Hwa, was very nice and friendly. We even had small conversations along the way. He helped us with our luggage and was always all smiles. Overall, the cost of the ride was very worth it and we were very relaxed and content.

This is our first time trying SGMyTaxi. I like the responsiveness of communication throughout. I received the driver's details the night before departure and the driver arrived on time. He was courteous and patient. There was a slight change of drop-off point as we realized the car rental company we want to go has moved to another building near the original drop-off point. The driver was very helpful in searching for the address. We were also glad that the same driver, Mr Simon, was assigned to pick us up on our returned trip few days later. Overall experience was great! We will definitely engage SGMYTaxi again.

They compromised and agreed. Due to poor network in rural area, I informed them on unavailable email updates, they watapp me on their updates on driver info instead. Their car are clean and spacious. The drivers are friendly and professional. They update me prior could be jam at checkpoint and if I would like to be earlier. I requested to be earlier due to some issue and they accommoded. They knew their road well as it was a rural area but they got there with no issue. Worried free n transportation during my whole trip. Excellent services, no screw up.

Booked a Taxi from Mersing in Malaysia to Singapore as there were no bus seats available at the time we required.Great communication throughout , our driver shared lots of communications as we were not exactly sure what time the ferry from Tioman would dock.He was there and waiting for us as we walked out of the ferry terminal and whisked us away within minutes back to Singapore. We had a pleasant and comfortable trip to Cameron Highlands with our driver Mr. Mark. We reached our destination in 8hours with a few stopovers for toilet and light meal.
But we had a different experience on our way back to Singapore. From our pick up location in Cameron Highlands, he brought us to another route (different from the route we had taken previously) saying that it’s a better road. 30-45mins after, he said that it is jam and he would take the other road (the same route we took previously). Before he even left the pick up location, he should already have checked the best route to take. Considering that the drivers usually use Waze or Google maps, these apps suggest the best and fastest way. We drove around for about an hour plus only to find out we were just outside our accommodation. We stopped by since he needed to buy something. We wasted almost 2 hours going around Cameron Highlands because of this, we could have reached KL by then. Other than this, we had frequent stopovers as he wanted to buy something for himself, buy coffee, use the toilet and smoke. With all the 9 stopovers, we only went down 4 times. Also, we were moving at a speed of 67-73kph even on the highway. When we noticed that we were moving too slow and ahll the other cars were driving pass us, we already asked him. He gave us the reason that the floor was slippery and it’s dangerous to drive. We understand the precautions taken but the speed was unacceptable. During one of the conversations he mentioned that he placed 26 October as his arrival date where as our ETA was 25 October 8pm. He added that we can take our time and go slow. That’s when we felt irritated and realised the reason why he was taking his time from the moment he fetched us. We told him that we needed to be back home as we are working the following day, he even asked what time and told him that our work starts at 08:30am. He speed up to around 100kph but of course, it was already too late and we will still reach at a later time. We left our accommodation at 1:30pm and we exited the JB customs at exactly 12mn. We informed ahead of time that we have 2 stops but he only noted the farther stop. We are staying in Sembawang while our friends are staying in Bishan. Since he didn’t note down our stop, we had to travel to Bishan then back to Sembawang. We reached home at 1:37am. We had a total of 12 hours travel time, an additional of 4 hours to our estimated time of arrival. We are extremely disappointed by this as we have chosen to hire a private van as we believed that this is the most convenient way for us. But it turned out to be the opposite. This is an honest review of our experience. We have planned our trip including the travelling time and even gave some time for allowance in case of any unavoidable circumstances. But what just happened to us isn’t considered as an unforeseen event it is more of an unfortunate phenomenon. It is quite unjust to be dragged and delayed on purpose. The long drive, the tiredness, the anxiety and the short rest before going to our work the next day.

GREAT services and friendly driver(Mr.Yap)! we had booked a car from singapore to Legoland Malaysia on July. but unfortunately my children were really sick on the day we were about to go. I had to cancel it in the last minute. at that time Mr. Yap was already waiting. but he was so nice to tell me to contact the customer service and reschedule another day and I did. the customer service was so kind and friendly. they didn't charge extra fee for the last minute cancelation. i'm so thankful that they could arrange another day to travel again. the car is clean and comfortable. the ride was smooth beside some traffic(expected). Definitely will book again if we need it.👍

Awesome service! On time, great communication and friendly drivers. The vehicle is clean and comfortable. Took us less than 1.5 hrs each way from Singapore to Legoland Malaysia. Kenny, one of the driver has great knowledge of the attraction and even suggest when to start to avoid commute traffic at the immigration/causeway.

Very prompt, polite service from the company on our trip from Singapore to Melaka then on to Kuala Lumpur the following day. Both drivers were very polite with a good understanding of English. We used SGMYTAXI to travel from Singapore to Gemok to catch the ferry to Tioman. And then return from Gemok to Singapore. The service was perfect. The driver texted us letting us know he was on his way and would pick us up at our hotel at Noon. He was waiting for us when we stepped outside. He took care of everything going through the border control..we never had to get out of the wonderful air conditioned car. The driver upon our return did the same...and delivered us right to our hotel door in Singapore.
The rate was worth every penny..and in my opinion, was very reasonable.

We had little to worry about despite the long public holiday jam over Good Friday weekend; travelled comfortably in a spacious, air-conditioned car from home to hotel and back! I recommend SGMYTAXI because it is the most convenient transport from your door step in Singapore, all the way to your destination in Malaysia, be it Legoland, Genting, Cameron, Malacca, KL, Ipoh, Penang. The best thing is you can sleep all the way even if the traffic jam is very bad and my kids slept all the way through. The drivers are all very friendly and they know Malaysia roads very well. I booked for a JB round trip 3 weeks ago. Reply & correspondence was prompt & precise. On day to JB, driver Mark was early & timely. Trip to JB was smooth & fun as Mark was friendly & communicated appropriately with us, 4 ladies. On way back to SG, Jerry fetched us. He was early & accomodative. I had requested for a different pick up point and he readily obliged. We were caught in a traffic jam but, with Jerry’s sense of humour & friendliness, jam seemed fine. The overall experience for private car service from Singapore to legoland is good and smooth, even though we had changed dates and packages endless times before the trip. Very patient and fast response to chat on messenger. Had minor problem finding driver at the beginning but agent fast to resolve even coordinate through messenger even at odd hour. Even with my frequent visits before to Singapore and Malaysia, this was the first time that I requested for online car service from Singapore to Malaysia. I was somewhat apprehensive being my first time to try and at the same time I have my family with me. I was just expecting an Innova since that was the one I paid for but was greatly pleased to see a Starex waiting for us. The ride was very smooth that me and my family was even able to take a nap during the ride. The driver, Mr. Hwa, was very nice and friendly. We even had small conversations along the way. He helped us with our luggage and was always all smiles. Overall, the cost of the ride was very worth it and we were very relaxed and content.

This is our first time trying SGMyTaxi. I like the responsiveness of communication throughout. I received the driver's details the night before departure and the driver arrived on time. He was courteous and patient. There was a slight change of drop-off point as we realized the car rental company we want to go has moved to another building near the original drop-off point. The driver was very helpful in searching for the address. We were also glad that the same driver, Mr Simon, was assigned to pick us up on our returned trip few days later. Overall experience was great! We will definitely engage SGMYTaxi again.

There was first time I booked the airport transfer to my friend and gave both parties their number to SGMYTAXI.

Excellent and professional service provided by SGMYTAXI! We had booked 2 cars on 26 Dec 2017 at 3:30AM to catch our flight at 7:25AM. Our driver Mr Bee and Mr Steven seemed experienced with the causeway crossing and knew the nearest route from Johor CIQ to Senai Airport. We reached airport much earlier than expectation. Used the service to JB and back....it was excellent.
Driver Johnson was on time for both pick ups.
Of course we can always choose to drive ourselves to JB, But why tolerate the hassle. There is nothing more reassuring than an expert to get us to where we want. If there is no jam, we get there quickly. If there is, we can sit back , relax and continue working and clearing emails.
All in all a great experience. I will use them again.

Driver Johnson was on time for both pick ups.
Of course we can always choose to drive ourselves to JB, But why tolerate the hassle. There is nothing more reassuring than an expert to get us to where we want. If there is no jam, we get there quickly. If there is, we can sit back , relax and continue working and clearing emails.
All in all a great experience. I will use them again.

We booked their services for our trip to Malaysia recently and were extremely impressed by the service. Mr Tan, the owner I assume, answered my queries very professionally, and was gracious to accomodate a date change after I made an error in booking. Our drivers arrived slightly earlier than the appointed time for both of our trips, always with friendly smiles and helped us with our luggage. Money well spent for a fuss-free trip across the causeway and back. 10/10 will definitely use their services again if we go to Malaysia.

My family of 5 booked a 10-seater to Melaka over the long weekend. KY was excellent in coordination, helpful with all my enquiries, and flexible with our changes in pick-up timings. Returning from Malacca to SG, we were stranded in Malacca by the coach company and when I needed help, I called KY if they have any driver in Malacca, he had quickly check to see if any. None of his driver were there and he gave me good advise on how to get back to Singapore.

Amazing and honorable services. Booked their services from Singapore to Kota Tinggi. Having last minute changes on the day and watsapp him requesting for changes and add on journey. They compromised and agreed. Due to poor network in rural area, I informed them on unavailable email updates, they watapp me on their updates on driver info instead. Their car are clean and spacious. The drivers are friendly and professional. They update me prior could be jam at checkpoint and if I would like to be earlier. I requested to be earlier due to some issue and they accommoded. They knew their road well as it was a rural area but they got there with no issue. Worried free n transportation during my whole trip. Excellent services, no screw up.
