He was very friendly, polite, and calm throughout the entire journey. His driving was smooth and professional, and we arrived at our destination safely and quickly.   We had a great experience with our private transfer from Mersing to Singapore. Communication was super easy from the start, our driver was perfectly on time and we felt very safe and comfortable throughout the journey.

Everything at the checkpoint went really smoothly as well, so the whole trip was completely stress-free. The price was also very fair for a private transfer and the service we received.

  The whole trip couldn't have gone better. Both drivers (going to and from Malaysia) showed up 15 minutes early and were good to go whenever we were ready. Super friendly and professional too. The vehicles were clean and in great shape, so the ride was really comfortable. We made it from our house to Legoland in about 1 to 1.5 hours with zero hassle. Would definitely book again.

A4: You can make travel changes 24 hours before the scheduled date. However, the acceptance of the revision will still depend on the availability of the taxi.

Q5: When crossing the borders in Singapore and Malaysia, should the passenger get off the taxi?

A5: No. Just sit inside the taxi during the entire journey.

Q6: Are your prices per vehicle or per person?
