  We booked a return trip from Singapore to Mersing, Malaysia with dates a week apart. We had an excellent experience without any problems. From booking on they informed us about what was coming and when as well as gave us the link to arrange the appropriate immigration requirements. The driver contacted us before picking us up from the hotel and dropped us where we were heading in estimated time.

  I found SGMYTAXI by accident when I was looking for a cross border cab to take me and my wife to JB and back . Lots of the taxi companies were saying things like call within 7 days of prior to arrival etc and there was no guarantee of a cab it was subject to availability.  Whereas SGMYTAXI provided me with a quote which was very fair and everything went like clockwork from there . They provide you details of the cab and the driver at least 12 hours prior to departure and the driver arrived on the dot . On the return the driver was late but he informed me that he will late by an hour which I valued . He picked up my calls and he arrived promptly on time on the revised schedule. The vehicles provided were also clean and the drivers were courteous. It was literally door to door service and we didn’t have to get out at the border crossing everything was done by the driver.I have nothing but praise for the service that was provided to us .

A1: You can pay in cash to the driver in Singaporean Dollar. No credit card is accepted.

Q2: How far in advance should I book my taxi?

A2: You can book anytime before the pick-up time. However, most of the time the taxis are fully booked within 3 days so we encourage you to schedule your booking at least 3 days in advance.

Q3: Do you only provide transfers from Singapore to Johor Bahru?

A3: No. We provide transfer services from Singapore to anywhere in Malaysia, not only in Johor Bahru.

Q4: How long in advance can I revise my travel schedule?

A4: You can make travel changes 24 hours before the scheduled date. However, the acceptance of the revision will still depend on the availability of the taxi.

Q5: When crossing the borders in Singapore and Malaysia, should the passenger get off the taxi?

A5: No. Just sit inside the taxi during the entire journey.
