If the driver is late, please contact the driver directly
Ensure all passports are valid for at least 6 months.
It is the traveller’s responsibility to fulfill all entry or transit visa requirements for Malaysia
Our vehicles are not accessible for wheelchairs
For any hotel pickups, the driver will only wait for up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pickup time
If the pickup location is at Senai Airport or Changi Airport, the driver will only wait for up to 2 hours from your scheduled pickup time

  We used this taxi service traing from SIN to Mersing and back a week later. Both veere very friendly and careful drivers,                  had clean cars, big enough for us incl. leggage  and most helpful crossing the border in Johore.

  Fabulous trip from our hotel in Singapore to JB..Anna our driver was very nice, telling us about things we saw while travelling..
We had a short stop in JB and then back to our hotel..
This service was so easy to book, the staff respond very quickly on WhatsApp..
The communication and planning was very quick and efficient..The staff were always very good at communicating in English.
They were always polite and very efficient..
I would definatley use this company if in Singapore again..Fabulous service

  We took a taxi drive from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur on 17th October and I was a wonderful experience with a steady drive through heavy traffic’s along the way. Special thanks goes out to the driver for helping us going through the immigration process as it was so easy for us just sitting back in the seat. A1: You can pay in cash to the driver in Singaporean Dollar. No credit card is accepted.

Q2: How far in advance should I book my taxi?

A2: You can book anytime before the pick-up time. However, most of the time the taxis are fully booked within 3 days so we encourage you to schedule your booking at least 3 days in advance.

Q3: Do you only provide transfers from Singapore to Johor Bahru?

A3: No. We provide transfer services from Singapore to anywhere in Malaysia, not only in Johor Bahru.

Q4: How long in advance can I revise my travel schedule?

A4: You can make travel changes 24 hours before the scheduled date. However, the acceptance of the revision will still depend on the availability of the taxi.

Q5: When crossing the borders in Singapore and Malaysia, should the passenger get off the taxi?

A5: No. Just sit inside the taxi during the entire journey.

Q6: Are your prices per vehicle or per person?
