Step 2: Immigration Clearance At Both Singapore-Johor Border
The bus will stop at the Singapore-Malaysia border. You’ll have to get down for immigration and customs clearance at Woodlands Checkpoint and JB CIQ First Link.
Step 3: Take myBAS T21 Bus From JB Sentral To Mid Valley JB
Once you’ve cleared customs, follow the signboards to walk from JB CIQ First Link to JB Sentral. There is only one pathway.
Take the escalator (on the left) or lift (on the right) to JB Sentral Bus Terminal.
From there, take myBAS T21 to Mid Valley Southkey. Don’t doze off during the 20-30 minute journey! Keep an eye out for the stop “Mid Valley Southkey Bus Stop”.

- At JB Sentral, the bus won’t enter the berth. So watch out for the bus.

- From the Mid Valley bus stop, walk left through the unloading bay. It will lead you inside the mall.
4. KTM Train From Singapore To Mid Valley Southkey
The KTM Shuttle Tebrau is another budget-friendly choice. However, the train won’t take you directly all the way to Mid Valley JB. You’ll have to switch to a bus or Grab car at JB Sentral.
Step 1: Take Train To JB Sentral From Woodlands Train Checkpoint
Take the KTM train to JB Sentral from Singapore. The ride is only 5 minutes, but because you have to get down at immigration, the entire journey can take about 1 hour.
